Mission resumé:

• Management of the installation of the entertainment system of DML (Babcock) 82m MY Sarafsa.
• I have spent 2 years in Plymouth (UK) to supervise the last phase of the current project.
• I have stayed onboard 37 days to help the crew during the handover period of the system.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with final customer team (captain, consultant…)
• Scheduling, time tracking, risk mitigation, project budgeting, task assignment and prioritization
• Supervision of design, install, set-to-work, quality, commissioning and sea-trials
• On-site team management (up to 10 engineers & technicians)
• Document organization and reporting of project status to all constituencies

Technicals:

• TV over IP: AMINO Set Top Box (AmiNet 110 and 130), ANEVIA IP streamers (Flamingo series)
• Audiovisual system: ROTEL amplifiers and DVD players, B&W speakers, PANASONIC plasma TV
• Video On Demand: KALEIDESCAPE system
• Automation system: CRESTRON controlers and touchpanels (PRO2, CP2E, TPMC and TPS series…)
• IP Network: CISCO switches and Wifi access points
• Voice over IP: MITEL telephone system and IPBX (ICP 3300), SPECTRALINK wireless telephone system
• Public Address: BOSCH system (Plena)
• Satellite antennas: ORBIT TV-Sat (AL-7205 and AL-707) and V-Sat (AL-7103)

• Maintenance of the audiovisual and IT system onboard
• System upgrades and management of contractors
• Passwords management and backups
